- What is the minimum order for the Elemental Gift Set 12oz Summit Mug?
- The minimum is 12 pieces with your logo. The price per piece drops at 24, 72, 144 and 480 pieces. You can mix colors within the order at the same price break.
- What decoration is included in the price?
- The listed price includes a one-color imprint or laser engraving in an area up to 1.75" wide by 2.3" tall. A full-color imprint adds $2.50 per piece. A one-time setup charge of $65.00 to $80.00 per design applies, depending on the method.
- Where does my logo go, and is the Elemental logo on it?
- The Elemental logo is already on the product, so your logo goes on the opposite side. The Elemental mark stays on every piece; it cannot be left off.
- Do patterned colors cost more?
- Yes. Solid colors are at the listed price; patterned and premium-finish colors (Grey Speckle, Teakwood) add $6.00 per piece.
- How long does production take?
- Production is 10 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping time is added on top and depends on the destination.
- How long does it keep drinks cold or hot?
- Elemental rates it to keep drinks cold for up to 12 hours and hot for up to 6 hours, thanks to vacuum insulation.
- Can I buy a replacement lid?
- No. BrandedItems sells new decorated drinkware to businesses and does not stock replacement lids, straws or gaskets. For a replacement part, contact Elemental through elementalbottles.com.
