How long does production take?
Production is 10 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping time is added on top and depends on the destination.
How long does it keep drinks cold or hot?
Elemental rates it to keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to vacuum insulation.
Can I buy a replacement lid?
No. BrandedItems sells new decorated drinkware to businesses and does not stock replacement lids, straws or gaskets. For a replacement part, contact Elemental through elementalbottles.com.
